TALK ABOUT CHARACTERS!!

MA & PA. Papa Jupiter is a tough, grizzled carnival geek. Doesn’t like being called a “clown.” Ma is a corncob smoking inbred. Her extreme mullet hairstyle does little to dispel that impression. 

STINKY & PETUNIA.  Petunia is a sexy, buxom, hillbilly (ostensibly fifteen but played by adult). Could be a hit on OnlyFans if not for that missing front tooth. Sibling Stinky is a short, hyperactive thirteen-year-old (to be played by a short, hyperactive thirty-year-old).  

PYTHAGORUS JONES. Prodigal, downtrodden teen, sleeps in a saloon storeroom. Working on miraculous science projects for school—anti-gravity device, water from air, etc. But no one gives him any respect.  Especially not Petunia’s violent, drunken and, yes, virulently racist father.

PYTHAGORAS & PETUNIA. “For never was a tale of more woe, than this of Petunia and her Romeo.”

QUEEN FLORA & KING FRITZ. The frustrated queen plays a soulful tuba. King Fritz wants to conquer the “Upper World.” Both want a piece of Stinky. 

PRINCESS POLLY. Spoiled, petulant and dangerous–lusting for love slaves.
